The owner treats your personal information (name, surname, tax code, e-mail, phone number, hereinafter “personal data” or “data”) collected during commercial relations and/or commercial information requests.

_ fulfilling the pre-contractual, contractual and administrative-accounting obligations
_ comply with the obligations laid down by law, regulation, Community legislation or an order of the Authority

Personal data may be communicated to third parties in order to comply with the contracts. Precisely, data may be communicated to the following professional categories:

_ authority responsible for the fulfilment of statutory obligations and/or provisions dictated by public authorities
_ external actors who manage/support/assist, even only occasionally, the company in the administration of the information system and telecommunications networks.

4 METHODS OF TREATMENT
The treatment will be carried out with manual and/or computer and telematic tools, guaranteeing the safety, integrity, availability and confidentiality of personal data.
In compliance with the European Regulation 2016/679, personal data collected will be retained in a form that permits the identification of the interested parties for a period of time not higher than the attainment of the purposes for which personal data are treated.
5 DATA RELEASE
We inform that the conferral of data is compulsory and their failure, partial or inaccurate conferral may have, as a consequence, the inability to perform professional performance.
6 DURATION OF DATA PROCESSING
Personal data is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and, in the case of revocation and/or termination of working relationship, in terms set by the law for the fulfillment for example of tax obligations.
For marketing purposes the data will be retained until the consent is revoked or for the period established by the law or by measures issued by the supervisory authority.
7 RIGHTS OF THE PERSON CONCERNED
You may, at any time, exercise the rights as expressed by the art. 15,16,17,18,19,20,21,22 of the EU regulation 2016/679, and in particular:
_ to access to personal information
_ to obtain the correction or cancellation of the same
_ to oppose the processing of data
_ to revoke the consent: the withdrawal of consent shall not prejudice the lawfulness of the consent-based treatment conferred before the withdrawal
_ to submit a complaint to the supervisory authority
