Get ready
- Ensure that the work area is safe and stable.
- Ensure that cloths, sponges, or squeegees are clean and free of impurities to avoid scratches.
- Avoid direct exposure to sunlight or heat sources during cleaning to prevent stains or damage to the glass.
Products to avoid
- Do not use products containing hydrofluoric acid, fluoride, chlorine or ammonia derivatives, as these will cause irreversible damage to the surface.
- Avoid detergents that are too acidic or too alkaline to prevent corrosion, especially on the back of the mirror.
- Do not use abrasive or ammonia-based limescale removers on decorative glass.
Surface cleaning
- Use clean water or specific mirror cleaning products. IMPORTANT: check the chemical composition.
- Apply the product with soft cloths, delicate sponges or rubber squeegees, taking care not to damage the surface with metal parts.
